I speak with Professor Sherry Colb of Cornell Law School along with one of her students, Jareb Gleckel about a recent article they have co-written about the ongoing, wide-ranging legislation that seeks to limit and in some case criminalize the types of labels that can be used for plant-based foods. We start with a decision that is commonly known as the Missouri Tofurkey Case. We have a lengthy discussion around the Constitutional issues that are brought up by this case and other cases like it.
