Often predatory behavior in your family pet is considered a undesirable behavior. Most people try to suppress predatory behavior but Simone is going to talk to us about the importance of predatory behavior and how to use what she calls predation substitute training for dogs who absolutely love to chase things In a world where that’s not always seen as ideal!

Guest: Simone Müller, MA is a certified dog trainer and dog behaviour consultant (ATN.AG) from Germany. She specializes in force-free anti-predation training and is the author of the two books of the Predation Substitute Training series “Hunting Together” and “Rocket Recall”. Simone is proud to be an Associate Trainer at the Scotland-based Lothlorien Dog Training Club (AT-LDTC) and a member of both the Pet Professional Guild (PPG) and the Pet Dog Trainers of Europe (PDTE). She also holds a University degree in Zoology (UW) and a CPDT-KA from the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers.

Now, host of The Deal with Animals, she enjoys chatting with people who know a lot more than she does about the various research disciplines of Anthrozoology as well as authors, nonprofits, professionals, and enthusiasts!
