We discuss Mary’s recent book chapter titled ‘The Presence of “Pork” and the Absence of Pigs: Changing Stories of Pigs and People in Iowa’. The chapter appears in a book edited by David Nibert, titled Animal Oppression and Capitalism which was published by Praeger Press in 2017.
