In this episode of Knowing Animals I am joined by Sune Borkfelt who is a PhD Fellow at School of Communication and Culture, Aarhus University, Denmark. Today we will discuss Sune’s forthcoming book chapter ‘Sensing Slaughter: Exploring the Sounds and Smells of Nonhuman Literary Encounters’, which will appear in a book edited by Jessica Ullrich and Alexandra Böhm, and which will be part of Rombach’s Cultural Animals Studies.
