In this episode of Knowing Animals we speak to Dr. Denise Russell. Denise is a philosopher and research fellow at the Faculty of Law, Humanities and the Arts at the University of Wollongong. In addition to being an ethicist Denise is also an animal advocate. One of her areas of interest is animal research. We talk to her about why alternatives are developing so slowly in Australia.
