This week on Knowing Animals I am joined by Dr. Bernice Bovenkerk. Bernice is a philosopher at the University of Wageningen. We discuss Bernice’s journal article ‘The Pedigree Dog Breeding Debate in Ethics and Practice: Beyond Welfare Arguments’, which appeared in the Journal of Agricultural and Environmental Ethicsin 2017. That article was co-authered Hanneke J. Nijland.
