In this episode, we journey to the oceans to find out how One Medicine approaches are being used to treat marine mammals. Our guest is Dr Claire Simeone, a marine mammal veterinarian, conservation leader, TED Fellow and Founder and CEO of Sea Change Health, an organisation whose mission is to improve the health of all of those who rely on the sea. Claire also developed the term “zoognosis” to describe the knowledge spread between humans and animals. Join us as we talk to Claire about her work, Cronutt the sea lion and what the oceans are trying to tell us.
